In-Person Training

1-on-1 Guided Personal Training sessions tailored to your goals and fitness interests. I will provide various equipment and come to you! I can also meet you in a public area or park, and provide outdoor training that is safe and socially distanced. I can also provide a full gym for clients, all equipment is sanitized down in between private sessions. Online programming is also available upon request.

Multiple session packages are also available, reducing the hourly rate for a great deal! Contact me for more details!
